Call for 2013 Collaboration Grants
By specifically looking for cross-sectoral collaborations, the European Cultural Foundation (ECF) hopes to ignite creative movements that are already happening across Europe and deserve to be recognised. ECF will be supporting and connecting cultural change-makers in Europe, whose work contributes to an ongoing cross-sectoral debate on Europe and Europe's place in the world and contributes to sustainable societies. ECF is also looking for projects that are sustainable over the long term – nurturing an on-going relationship that will last beyond the lifetime of the project.
The ECF is looking for cross-border artistic and cultural projects by cultural organisations working together with organisations from outside the cultural sector to apply for the 2013 Collaboration Grants scheme. Non-cultural partner organisations could be academic institutions, governmental bodies, commercial enterprises, or NGOs working in social development or the environmental sector – but it is essential to include a partner organisation from outside the cultural sector when applying for a Collaboration Grant. At least one partner applicant must work in a sector outside the cultural field but the main applicant should work in the cultural sector.
