Culturelink Team Member Appointed as the Programme Director of IFACCA's 7th World Summit on Arts and Culture
Culturelink/IRMO is delighted to announce the appointment of our colleague and member of the Culturelink Team, Nina Obuljen Korzinek as the Programme Director of IFACCA's 7th World Summit on Arts and Culture, to be held in Valletta, Malta, on 18 - 21 October 2016. Since the beginnings of her work at IRMO/Culturelink in 2000, Nina has been an agile researcher of cultural and media policies and cultural diversity related issues. She was particularly active in the preparatory process for the adoption of the UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (2005), and she continued to research and monitor its implementation and development. Nina is an active participant in global cultural forums, and she continues to contribute to international discussions on European and international cultural relations and cooperation. We congratulate Nina on this appointment, and we look forward to the outcomes of the next World Summit on Arts and Culture!
