Intercultural Communication Training
Interpool Personal GmbH is organising a one-week training course on Intercultural Communication supported by the EU Grundtvig programme. Interpool is an internationally focused HR Consultancy with its head office in Berlin. With its services - recruiting, training and strategic consulting - Interpool advises companies and organisations on the HR side of globalization processes.
The training participants will get the opportunity to:
- learn the basics of intercultural communication, or respectively raise their awareness of intercultural differences with accent on the German culture;
- develop behavioural patterns and learn how to communicate within international groups;
- improve their communication skills;
- work with an international group of people from all over Europe;
- discover Berlin.
A grant may be received through the EU Grundtvig programme which covers the course fee and the majority of the costs for accommodation and travelling.
